During the past three years we have created job placements for 49% of participants who qualify as ISCA 1 & 2 and VLTU.
Employment Accelerators has a 70% placement rate for our Indigenous program.
Over 2,000 people have been trained to rediscover their self confidence and make changes that have help them to connect back into the workplace, taking their lives to a more fulfilling level.

Each and every program we run gain a consistently high standard of results. We measure our success through these KPI’s:
- Number of job opportunities created for participants
- Number of job interviews created for participants
- Number of job interviews attended by participants over a 4 week period
- Number of job offers to participants
- Gaining employment for over 13 weeks
- Gaining employment for over 26 weeks
In total, we have an astounding 49% success rate with employment gained. But it’s not just the hard facts we strive for, there’s the human element, which provide us with tremendous satisfaction.
